Repeals IC 31-37-22-5, which allowed juvenile courts to modify disposition orders for children violating placement orders in shelter care facilities or other residences ordered as part of delinquent act proceedings.

Repeals IC 31-37-22-6, which allowed juvenile courts to modify disposition orders for children failing to comply with compulsory school attendance requirements ordered as part of delinquent act proceedings.

Repeals IC 31-37-22-7, which outlined placement alternatives for children whose disposition orders were modified under sections 5 or 6, including secure private facilities, public facilities, alternative facilities, and department of correction housing.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
