Congratulates the Western High School Marching Band of Russiaville, Indiana on winning the 2014 Indiana State Scholastic Music Association's Class C State Championship.

Recognizes this as the band's sixth state title, with previous championships in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.

Acknowledges the leadership of band director Brian Caldwell and the support of Western Community Schools administration and parent volunteers.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to band members, director Brian Caldwell, principal Rick Davis, and superintendent Randy McCracken.
