Honors Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis Chancellor Charles R. Bantz upon his stepping down on August 15, 2015

Recognizes campus growth during Bantz's tenure including 221% increase in student organizations (140 to 450), 251% increase in on-campus residents (564 to 1,979), and opening of new campus center in 2008

Notes increases in student diversity with international student enrollment rising from 925 in 2004 to 1,837 in 2014 and 19% of student body from minorities

Acknowledges Bantz's leadership roles in national higher education including NCAA Division I board service (2007-2011) and chair of Coalition of Urban Serving Universities, plus numerous community board memberships in Indianapolis

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to Chancellor Charles R. Bantz
