Indiana House of Representatives congratulates Honor Flight of Southern Indiana, Incorporated and Evansville Regional Airport on becoming the 133rd National Honor Flight Network hub.

Honor Flight of Southern Indiana will serve Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Knox, Lawrence, Martin, Orange, Perry, Pike, Posey, Spencer, Vanderburgh, and Warrick Counties.

First Honor Flight departed from Evansville in October 2014 as an extension of the Indianapolis hub; second official flight scheduled for May 30, 2015.

Honor Flight Network is a nonprofit organization that transports America's veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit and reflect at their war memorials.

Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives shall transmit a copy of the resolution to Honor Flight of Southern Indiana and Evansville Regional Airport.
