Sale of alcoholic beverages near 4-H club exhibits. Prohibits the alcohol and tobacco commission (commission) from issuing a temporary beer permit to a person for the express purpose of selling beer at a place located less than 76 feet from: (1) the location of a 4-H club exhibit; or (2) if a 4-H club exhibit is located in a building, an exterior wall of the building; during the hours that 4-H members are present at the 4-H club exhibit. (Current law prohibits the commission from issuing a temporary beer permit to a person for the express purpose of selling beer
