Legislative Description
Candidates for state and federal office. Provides that a person who holds the office of governor or a legislative office may: (1) file a declaration of candidacy for nomination to: (A) the same office the person holds; and (B) a federal office; and (2) appear on a general election ballot as a candidate for: (A) the office the person holds; and (B) a federal office.
