Legislative Description
Lobbying expenses of political subdivisions. Provides that a lobbyist may not engage in lobbying that is paid for, in whole or in part, from money derived from the revenues of a political subdivision. Provides that a political subdivision may not pay any money received by the political subdivision for lobbying. Provides that this prohibition does not apply to lobbying activities engaged in by a public employee of a political subdivision or a public official of a political subdivision for that political subdivision.
