Amends Indiana Code concerning civil procedure to clarify the definition of "peer review committee" effective July 1, 2015.

Expands peer review committee definition to include committees organized by medical schools located in Indiana that evaluate qualifications, patient care, and complaints against professional health care providers.

Allows peer review committee communications, records, and determinations to be disclosed to peer review committees of medical schools located in Indiana when the subject provider is a faculty member.

Permits sharing of peer review information between medical school peer review committees and other peer review committees (hospitals, nonprofits, health maintenance organizations, etc.) for quality improvement purposes.

Maintains confidentiality requirements for peer review committee information unless the professional health care provider files a prior written waiver of confidentiality.
