Absentee voter proof of identification. Requires an individual submitting an absentee ballot application, except an individual voting in the office of the circuit court clerk or at a satellite office, an absent uniformed services voter, or an overseas voter, to provide proof of identification to a notary public and submit a copy of the proof of identification with the absentee ballot application.
