New Palestine High School football team defeated New Prairie High School 77-42 on November 28, 2014, to win the Class 4A state championship title with an undefeated 15-0 season.

Team set multiple Indiana state final records including most total points, most total yards, most touchdowns and extra points overall, and a Class 4A record for most rushing yards and points in a half.

Individual player records included quarterback Alex Neligh with five touchdown passes, James Young with 282 rushing yards and a 98-yard run, Kyle Barton with 11 extra-point kicks, and Duke Blackwell with five receptions for 130 yards and three touchdowns.

Head Coach Kyle Ralph's career record improved to 28-1 with this championship victory.

Secretary of the Senate is directed to transmit copies of the resolution to team members, Coach Kyle Ralph, coaching staff, and Principal Keith Fessler.
