Proposes an amendment to Article 4, Section 5 of the Indiana Constitution to establish a redistricting commission for drawing congressional and legislative districts.

Requires the General Assembly to establish by law a commission to draw congressional and legislative districts based on population data from the most recent federal decennial census and other criteria established by law.

Mandates that the territory in each district shall be contiguous.

Amendment must be agreed to by two consecutive general assemblies and ratified by a majority of Indiana voters to become effective.

Introduced January 6, 2015, and referred to the Committee on Judiciary.
