Indiana General Assembly makes application to Congress for a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution to propose amendments to the Constitution

Certified copies of the resolution shall be sent to presiding officers of Congress, the Secretary of the Senate, the Clerk of the House of Representatives, and presiding officers of all state legislatures

Convention becomes effective when 2/3 of state legislatures make application to Congress to call a constitutional convention

Certified copies also sent to Indiana's members of Congress
