Honors Tracey and Reginald Jones for creating McMiracle on 38th Street, a non-profit organization established in 1995 to provide bicycles and helmets to underprivileged Central Indiana youth annually.

McMiracle was created to honor Elizabeth J. Henry, a fellow McDonald's owner and dear friend of Tracey and Reginald Jones.

More than 750 fifth graders from Indianapolis Public Schools, Indiana School for the Deaf, Pike Township, Washington Township, Hamilton Southeastern, and Mt. Vernon School Districts have received bicycles, helmets, and bibles from McMiracle.

Recipients are referred by school principals or social workers based on financial challenges, academic excellence, superior citizenship, or terminal illness; the 2014 goal was to provide 1,000 bicycles.

McMiracle's program has been duplicated in Denver and Dallas, and the organization administers the McMiracle Elizabeth M. Thompson Youth Award to honor middle and high school students demonstrating leadership, community impact, and academic excellence.
