Congratulates Thomas Jefferson Elementary School in Jeffersonville, Indiana for its music program's outstanding achievements and recognition during the 2015 Music In Our Schools Tour.

Acknowledges the national recognition and monetary grant presented by Give a Note Foundation in partnership with the National Association for Music Education on March 13, 2015.

Recognizes that music education contributes to student development through improved listening, reading, self-expression, and creativity skills.

Notes that music education and arts programs significantly enhance school morale and quality of school environments.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Principal Jennifer Korfhage at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School.
