Identifies that public restroom facilities are sometimes unavailable and employee restrooms may be denied due to liability, theft, or safety concerns

States that 16 states, including all states bordering Indiana, have recently passed laws to increase restroom access for individuals with certain medical conditions

Directs the Senate Secretary to transmit the resolution to Glenna Shelby and the Legislative Council, with the study committee also to consider appropriate protections for retailers providing access to employee restrooms
