Honors three Indiana-born WWII veterans: Frank Bertalon (age 90), Warren Engelhardt (age 102), and Charles Hallagan (age 92) for their military service and participation in an Indy Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. on April 3, 2015.

Frank Bertalon served on the USS Pasco from 1942 to 1945 after entering service from Indianapolis.

Charles Hallagan served in the 36th Engineer Combat Regiment from 1943 to 1945 after enlisting at Fort Benjamin Harrison.

Warren Engelhardt served in the 565th Signal Company 65th Infantry Division from 1942 to 1946, having entered service at Fort Benjamin Harrison and later stationed at Camp Atterbury.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to all three veterans and recognizes Indy Honor Flight, a non-profit organization providing free transportation for Indiana veterans to visit their memorials in Washington, D.C.
