Notes the library building was completed in Renaissance Revival style and opened on December 30, 1915, with Zolla Moss serving as the first librarian at $25 per month

Recognizes the Carnegie building as the only remaining Carnegie Library still in existence in Marshall County and notes it underwent expansion and renovation completed in 2001 and opened in 2002

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Culver-Township Public Library Board
