Honors Virgil Ray Hudnall, born April 1, 1926, for serving in the United States Army during World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.

Recognizes Hudnall as one of approximately 33,890 three-war veterans alive and one of only two Indiana residents listed by the All Three Wars veterans' organization.

Documents his military service including assignment to the 310th Infantry, 78th Lightning Division in February 1945, daily combat in Germany from March to May 1945, and command of the G2 Division of the 40th Infantry Headquarters during the Korean War.

Notes Hudnall was honorably discharged on July 31, 1946, and again on June 30, 1976, at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after serving more than 25 years total in the Army.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Hudnall and his family.
