Congratulates Keeman Lobsiger, Principal of Kankakee Valley High School in Wheatfield, Indiana, upon his retirement after 40 years of service in public education, including 22 years as an administrator and 6 years at Kankakee Valley.

Recognizes Lobsiger's achievements in improving Kankakee Valley High School, including advancing the school's rating from "D" to "A" and maintaining the "A" grade for two consecutive years.

Credits Lobsiger with reducing student discipline, increasing graduation rates, heightening ECA scores, and increasing the number of students taking and passing AP exams.

Acknowledges Lobsiger's leadership philosophy of "We Are One" and his practice of empowering teachers and recognizing students and staff through "Kougar Nation" shirts for accomplishments.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to Keeman Lobsiger.
