Legislative Description
Covering of load on certain transportation vehicles. Provides that a vehicle of a declared gross weight greater than eleven thousand (11,000) pounds transporting gravel, building aggregate, or crushed stone may not be driven or moved on a highway unless the load is covered with a tarpaulin or similar material in a manner that prevents the gravel, building aggregate, or crushed stone from falling, sifting, blowing, or otherwise escaping from the vehicle.
