Petitions the National Park Service to expeditiously complete the Eastern Legacy Special Resource Study mandated by Congress in 2008 under Section 343 of Public Law 110-229.

Requests the study's report include a recommendation to extend the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail eastward to include historically significant eastern corridors of the Corps of Discovery expedition covering the period of 1803 through 1809.

Cites Indiana's role in the expedition, including Clarksville as a recruitment and departure point on October 26, 1803, and William Bratton of Montgomery County as a Corps member who completed the entire journey.

Notes that completing the trail to include Eastern Legacy sites such as Indiana's Falls of the Ohio would benefit the state's tourism industry and overall economy.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit the resolution to Indiana's Congressional delegation, the National Park Service Director, and the Midwest Region Director of the National Park Service.
