Bishop Chatard High School of Indianapolis won the Class 3A state football championship on November 27, 2015, with a season record of 12-3, scoring 360 points and allowing 214 points.

This championship was the Trojans' 13th high school football championship in school history, more than any other high school in Indiana.

Senior players Danny Godlevske was chosen as one of the top 50 football players in Indiana by the Indiana Football Coaches Association, and Charlie Sexauer and Pat Sowinski were named Class 3A All-State Players; ten senior players maintained a 4.0 grade point average.

Head Coach Vince Lorenzano guided seven of his Trojan teams to state championships in thirteen years as head coach.

The Indiana General Assembly congratulates the Bishop Chatard Trojans and wishes them continued success on and off the field, with a copy of the resolution to be transmitted to all team members, coaches, and school administration.
