Memorializes Edwin Gregory Buss, who died unexpectedly on January 15, 2016, at age 50.

Recognizes Buss's 29-year career in corrections, including positions as correctional officer (1987), facility superintendent (2002-2008), Indiana Department of Correction Commissioner (2008-2011), and Florida Department of Corrections Secretary (2011).

Notes Buss received the Indiana Distinguished Service Medal on January 19, 2011, for his loyal and lengthy service to the United States and Indiana.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to Buss's three children (Taylor Buss, Jake McMillan, and Connor McMillan) and three siblings (Linda Krout, Patty Back, and Gary Buss).

Expresses the Indiana General Assembly's deepest sympathy to Buss's family and acknowledges his devotion to family and dedication to Indiana citizens.
