Credits The Exchange Leadership Fellowship Program (ELFP), a collaboration with Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, for initiating intergenerational conversations on issues affecting communities of color and disadvantaged groups.

Acknowledges The Exchange's community programs including the Young Professionals Speakers Bureau, GOTV Video Effort, YP(IN)GAGE civic engagement initiative, and Juvenile Detention Center mentorship visits.
