Recognizes the accomplishments of May Wright Sewall, Zerelda Wallace, and Helen Gougar in advancing women's suffrage in Indiana and nationally.

May Wright Sewall (1844-1920) was an educator who founded the Girls' Classical School of Indianapolis, established the Indianapolis Equal Suffrage Society, and served as chairman of the National Woman Suffrage Association's executive committee.

Zerelda Wallace (1817-1897) was a temperance activist and powerful speaker who served as president of the Equal Suffrage Society of Indianapolis, founded the Indiana Woman's Suffrage Association, and was elected vice president of the National Woman Suffrage Association.

Helen Gougar (1843-1907) was a teacher and newspaper editor who drafted a municipal suffrage bill in Kansas (passed 1887), joined the Prohibition Party in 1888, and sued the Tippecanoe County election board to challenge voting restrictions in 1894.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to the League of Women Voters.
