Proposes amendments to Articles 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 15 of the Indiana Constitution to replace gender-specific pronouns and references with gender-neutral language.

Changes pronouns such as "his" to "the person's," "he" to "the Governor" or other specific titles, and updates references like "him" to "the accused" where applicable throughout constitutional text.

Makes technical corrections including changing "State of the State" to "the state" and updating title references (e.g., "Chief Justice" instead of "Chief Justice of the State").

Requires approval by two consecutive general assemblies and ratification by a majority of Indiana voters to become effective.
