Indiana House of Representatives congratulates University of Evansville guard D.J. Balentine on becoming the school's all-time leading scorer with 2,409 career points on February 6, 2016.

Balentine was a three-time Missouri Valley Conference scoring champion and ranks among the top scorers in conference history with only three players having scored more points.

During the 2015-2016 season, Balentine averaged 20.7 points per game, 3.2 rebounds per game, and 4.4 assists per game, and was selected as one of 64 players for the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament.

As a sophomore, Balentine averaged 22.8 points per game and has maintained an average of over 20 points per game throughout his career at the University of Evansville.

Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives shall transmit a copy of this resolution to D.J. Balentine and his family.
