Removes requirement for charter school organizers to submit student name and address information to the Indiana Department of Education, effective July 1, 2016.

Eliminates mandatory reporting of the school corporation where a student has legal settlement and which school corporation the student previously attended.

Retains requirement to report total number of students enrolled and grade level in which students will enroll.

Maintains department authority to distribute state tuition support and funding to charter school organizers on the same schedule as other school corporations.

Applies to both new charter schools and conversion charter schools receiving proportionate shares of special education and categorical aid funding.
