Legislative Description

Wholesale of liquor and beer. Allows a beer and wine wholesaler to wholesale liquor if: (1) the wholesaler pays a $4,000 fee; and (2) the wholesaler's primary source of supply for liquor has been the wholesaler's primary source of supply for beer or wine for at least three years preceding the selling of liquor to the wholesaler.
