School accountability and teacher evaluations. Provides that the state board of education may not place a school or school corporation in a category or designation of school improvement based on the ISTEP program test scores for the 2014-2015 or the 2015-2016 school year. Provides that the ISTEP program test results from the ISTEP test taken in the spring of 2015 or 2016 may not be used as part of a certificated employee's performance evaluation conducted during the 2015-2016 or 2016-2017 school year.
