Legislative Description
Student discipline; students with disabilities. Provides that if a student with a disability is suspended or expelled for an incident in which the student caused a classroom disturbance, the student's case conference committee shall be convened not later than 10 school days from the date of the incident to consider the appropriateness of an alternative placement for the student. Makes a technical correction.
