Expresses the Indiana General Assembly's sincere appreciation to Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann for her service to the State of Indiana

Acknowledges Ellspermann's inauguration as Indiana's 50th Lieutenant Governor on January 14, 2013, and her roles as President of the Indiana State Senate and Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development

Recognizes her leadership in major initiatives including co-chairing the Blue Ribbon Panel on Transportation Infrastructure, serving as Vice Chair of the Indiana Career Council, and convening a Rural Broadband Working Group

Highlights her 2014 trade mission to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan where she signed agreements to promote Indiana corn, soybeans, and hardwoods exports

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Lieutenant Governor Ellspermann
