DuVall joined the Air Force on his 18th birthday and served as an aerial gunner with the 4th Air Commando Squadron at Da Nang Air Base in South Vietnam

DuVall's plane crashed in Laos on March 13, 1966, and he was designated missing in action; the crash site was identified in 1997 with excavations conducted from 2010 through 2014, but his remains were never recovered

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the Indiana Department of Transportation commissioner and the DuVall family
