Urges the Indiana Department of Transportation to place a memorial sign at the location where the 38th parallel crosses Interstate 69 just north of Morgan Avenue in Evansville.

Names the proposed memorial "Veterans of the Korean War Memorial - 38th Parallel" to honor Korean War veterans.

Notes the Korean War lasted from June 25, 1950, to July 27, 1953, with approximately 5,720,000 Americans serving in the military and more than 33,000 American lives lost.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Don Gillies and the commissioner of the Indiana Department of Transportation.

Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Transportation approved the resolution unanimously on January 12, 2016 (8 yeas, 0 nays); Senate adopted it by voice vote on January 14, 2016.
