Sullivan High School Super Mileage Team won the 2015 National Championship Title for its Diesel Prototype Eco Car achieving 1,436 miles per gallon at the Shell Eco Marathon in Detroit, Michigan.

Team won the national title three consecutive years from 2013-2015 and were named 2015 State Champions in the Stock Gasoline Prototype and Unlimited Gasoline Prototype Classes at the Indiana Mathematics, Science, and Technology Education Alliance (IMSTEA) Challenge in Indianapolis.

2013-2014 Super Mileage Team set a North and South American Continental Record by creating a 1,899 miles per gallon eco car that was displayed at the Henry Ford Museum.

Shell Oil Company invited the team to appear on the Today Show in 2015 to promote the Shell Eco Marathon due to the team's accomplishments.

Indiana General Assembly congratulates the team coaches and 14 named team members and directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to them.
