Urges the Indiana Department of Transportation to name the East End Crossing the Ronald Reagan Crossing upon completion of the bridge.

The East End Crossing, part of the Ohio River Bridges Project, will connect the East end of Louisville, Kentucky to Southern Indiana near Utica.

The Ohio River Bridges Project is estimated to generate an average of 17,796 new jobs per year and cumulative $27.3 billion in personal income and $78 billion in economic output through 2042.

Names Ronald Reagan as the 40th President of the United States (1981-1989) and references his free-market economic policies and national defense initiatives.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Brandye Hendrickson, Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Transportation.
