Proposes constitutional amendment to combine the offices of Treasurer of State and Auditor of State into a single office of State Chief Financial Officer.

Amends Articles 5 and 6 of the Indiana Constitution to reflect the new consolidated office and update the line of succession for Governor duties.

Establishes that the State Chief Financial Officer serves a four-year term and is not eligible to hold the office more than eight years in any twelve-year period.

Amendment requires approval by two consecutive General Assemblies and ratification by a majority of Indiana voters to become effective.

Changes the gubernatorial succession order to place the State Chief Financial Officer third in line after the Speaker of the House and President pro tempore of the Senate.
