Urges the legislative council to assign study of vulnerabilities and threats to Indiana's infrastructure and communications by terrorist-associated persons to an appropriate study committee.

Study should examine roads, highways, bridges, power plants, water and wastewater treatment facilities, electrical grid, schools, stadiums, and other potential targets of criminal or terrorist activities.

Study should include examination of whether terrorist-associated persons should be prohibited from utilizing cellular services and social media outlets, and how to define "terrorist associated person."

Report to legislative council must include updates from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security on the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center's State Threat Assessment System activities and data-based recommendations.

Report must also include updates from the Indiana State Police on the effectiveness of the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center and other relevant information for ensuring Indiana's continued safety.
