Urges the Governor to designate June 27, 2016 as Indiana Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Day and June 2016 as Indiana Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Month.

Calls for the use of "Post-Traumatic Stress Injury" instead of "Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder" to reduce stigma and encourage affected individuals to seek treatment without fear of shame or retribution.

Recognizes that post-traumatic stress can result from combat, rape, sexual assault, battery, torture, child abuse, accidents, bombings, or natural disasters, and is treatable and repairable.

Directs the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Public Health, and Adjutant General to continue educating service members, veterans, families, abuse victims, and the general public about the causes, symptoms, and treatment of post-traumatic stress injury.

Requires the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Governor.
