Adds definition of "adulterant" as any substance designed to be added to human urine to defraud alcohol, drug, or urine screening tests, effective July 1, 2017.

Adds definition of "synthetic urine" as any substance designed to simulate the composition, chemical properties, physical appearance, or physical properties of human urine to defraud screening tests, effective July 1, 2017.

Makes it illegal for a business owner to knowingly or intentionally distribute, keep, offer for sale, sell, deliver, or finance delivery of adulterants or synthetic urine with intent to defraud screening tests.

Establishes the offense as a Class B misdemeanor, escalating to a Class A misdemeanor if the person has a prior unrelated conviction under this section.

Adds corresponding definitions of "adulterant," "synthetic urine," and "owner" to the Indiana Code's criminal law definitions section.
