Legislative Description

Review of administrative rules. Establishes the administrative rules review committee (committee), and provides for appointment of the committee. Provides that the committee shall meet annually, or more often at the call of the chair. Requires the committee to review nonemergency administrative rules. Requires an agency to submit an adopted nonemergency administrative rule to the committee for review before the administrative rule takes effect. Requires the legislative services agency to provide a list of enrolled acts passed in that state fiscal year that require an agency to adopt administrative rules.
