Legislative Description

Licensed clinical social workers. Allows applicants for licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) to obtain required clinical social work experience by working at a community mental health center or other qualified facility or program and under the supervision of a qualified LCSW supervisor. Provides that any supervised clinical social work experience hours that an applicant accumulates do not expire and may be used by the applicant to satisfy the supervised clinical social work experience requirements.
