Property tax matters. Provides that a political subdivision must upload a copy of a contract that the political subdivision enters into after June 30, 2016, to the Indiana transparency Internet web site if the total cost of the contract exceeds $50,000. Specifies the definition of "low income rental property" for purposes of property tax assessment. Specifies the total true tax value of low income rental property that is used to provide Medicaid assisted living services.
