Recognizes Ball State University's Immersive Learning Project titled "Unmasked: The Stigma of Meth" and its value to students and the community

Twenty-four undergraduate students and two graduate students completed a 15-week project in fall 2016 to develop a magazine, documentary, and internet website with podcasts, online video stories, and photo essays addressing methamphetamine use and addiction in Delaware County

Project was developed in partnership with the Ball Brothers Foundation, Delaware County's largest philanthropic nonprofit, and the College of Communication, Information, and Media at Ball State University

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit a copy of the resolution to Professors Juli Metzger and Terry Heifetz, and Kelli Huth and Matt Bailey of Ball State University's Office of Immersive Learning
