Notes the festival attracts over 600,000 people to New Albany and runs for more than a week, featuring a parade, official events, and four "booth days" showcasing local businesses, civic groups, churches, and community organizations

Recognizes Harvest Homecoming as one of the largest festivals in Indiana and honors its designation by the Library of Congress Bicentennial Local Legacies Project in 2000

Directs the Indiana General Assembly to congratulate Harvest Homecoming on its success, thank its volunteers, and transmit a copy of the resolution to Harvest Homecoming, Inc.
