Congratulates Jacob Page of Lafayette Central Catholic Jr.-Sr. High School for winning the Ray Craft Mental Attitude Award in Class A boys basketball, an award presented to a senior player demonstrating mental attitude, scholarship, leadership, and athletic ability.

Recognizes Jacob Page as a starting guard on the runner-up state finals team with a 3.9 grade point average, ranked fourth in his class, and a member of the National Honor Society.

Highlights Jacob Page's multi-sport athletic achievements in football, basketball, and baseball, earning numerous all-conference awards and an Entrepreneur Certificate from his school in 2016.

Notes Jacob Page's community involvement through volunteering at Central Catholic youth sports camps, Blessed Sacrament parish, Lafayette Urban Ministry, and serving as an active member in school retreats.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to Jacob Page, his family, and Neil Wagner, principal of Lafayette Central Catholic Jr.-Sr. High School.
