Indiana Military Veterans Hall of Fame (IMVHOF) was founded in 2013 with the mission to publicly emphasize the honor brought to Indiana and the nation by military veterans and their families

First inductees were honored on November 7, 2014, and 2016 inductees include Charles R. Williams, James Chancellor, Michael E. Randall Sr., Robert J. Dorshak, Daniel L. Oates, William A. Hoos Jr., Edward Placencia, James M. Brown, Thomas J. Scecina, H. Weir Cook, H. Troy Hanna, and George N. Craig

Each inductee receives a medallion depicting Indiana and the organization's name on the front, with the state flag and inductee's engraved name circled by the names of the five United States armed forces branches on the back

Nominations came from across Indiana and represent military veterans from World War I through current Middle East engagements

House of Representatives recognizes the inductees for their bravery and dedication to duty, and directs the Principal Clerk to transmit a copy of the resolution to the IMVHOF Board of Directors
