Notes that areas surrounding methadone clinics often experience high crime rates and that further study is warranted regarding public safety expenses in these areas.

Directs the assigned committee to study whether opioid treatment program fees under Indiana Code 12-23-18-3 should be increased to help cover public safety expenses near methadone clinics.
