Designates June 27 as Posttraumatic Stress Injury Awareness Day and June as Posttraumatic Stress Injury Awareness Month in Indiana.

Encourages the Indiana Department of Public Health and the Indiana Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to educate the public about causes, symptoms, and treatment of posttraumatic stress injury.

Targets education efforts toward abuse victims, crime victims, natural disaster survivors, service members, veterans, their families, and the general public.

Uses terminology "Posttraumatic Stress Injury" (PTSI) instead of "Posttraumatic Stress Disorder" (PTSD) to reduce stigma and encourage individuals to seek treatment without fear of shame or retribution.

Requires transmittal of the resolution to Governor Eric Holcomb.
