Urges the legislative council to assign a study committee during the 2017 interim to examine Indiana's trauma care system

Study committee must evaluate whether Indiana's current trauma care system is sufficient

Study committee must assess communication between multiple emergency medical services providers and determine if current communication levels are adequate

Study committee must determine whether Indiana should implement a uniform trauma care system and calculate the funds necessary for implementation

Study committee must issue a final report with findings and recommendations by November 1, 2017, and the provision expires December 31, 2017
